Fill out the form available at the Welcome Center and mail the form and your check made out to “Birdies for Charity” with 2135 Bird # on memo line, directly to 15623 Coaltown Road, East Moline, IL 61244. 

OR give it to the church office or to Laurie, to be mailed in with other donations, saving you a stamp.

OR to save postage, donate online. Type in https://birdiesforcharity.com/donate and follow the directions. Minimum online donation is $20.00.
